This groundbreaking solution, developed in collaboration with our partner Cellumation, sets new standards for space efficiency, flexibility, and operational precision.
Redefining Depalletization Technology
The new robotic depalletization cell leverages Cellumation’s innovative Celluveyor technology, which combines modular hexagonal cells, cutting-edge vision systems, and intelligent software to optimize material handling. Unlike traditional depalletization systems that require significant floor space, this compact solution operates with exceptional space efficiency.
It’s important to note that the 3x3 square meter footprint refers specifically to the Celluveyor descrambler within the overall robotic depalletization and case singulation system. While the Celluveyor fits within this compact space, the complete robotic depalletization cell, including all robotic components, requires additional space.

Terminology:
Robotic Depalletizing and Singulation (RDS) System: this is a system equipped with a robotic Depalletizer with a layer descramble system (singulator).
Robotic Depalletizer: this is the robot arm that handles layers from a pallet and transports layers one at a time.
Descrambler (Singulator): can be referred to as either a descrambler or case singulator. This is what takes a layer and manipulates the cases so that output as single cases at a time. This is what Celluveyor does.
